Caswell Family Medical Center values patient feedback on every aspect of the patient experience including access and cost of care, wait times, facilities, interactions with staff, etc. After every visit, patients are invited to complete an electronic version of our Patient Satisfaction Survey.

Patients are also invited to complete a paper version of our Patient Satisfaction Survey at various times throughout the year. The survey is also available upon request at any time from any CFMC staff member.
