Below is a  list of the relationships through which students and residents can find access to learning alongside CFMC’s care teams.

Duke University Physician Assistant Program

CFMC has partnered with Duke University School of Medicine to provide Physician Assistant students an opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals and to gain real-world experience to become the best Physician Assistants they can be.

Piedmont Community College Health Sciences

Piedmont Community College (PCC) routinely sends students to Caswell Family medical Center who are preparing for careers in healthcare ranging from medical assisting to phlebotomy to gain real-time experience.

UNCG School of Nursing

Nursing students get the opportunity to shadow our highly trained nursing staff in order to get real-world experience in a community health center. We look forward to being a part of each nursing student’s education.

Elon University Physician Assistant Studies

CFMC is proud to partner with Elon University’s Master of Science Physician Assistant Studies program. Students spend time alongside our highly trained providers to learn first-hand about what it takes to be successful while working in a busy medical practice.

Piedmont Community College Health Sciences

CFMC has partnered with South University to provide nurse practitioner students the opportunity to get real-world experience in a community health center. We look forward to being a part of each nursing student’s education.
