William Crumpton, MBA, Chief Executive Officer
William “Billy” Crumpton has been CEO of Caswell Family Medical Center since 2016. He holds an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration.
Billy is a Caswell County native who returned to his roots to lead CFMC where he was once a pediatric patient. He is passionate about community health and even more passionate about helping push Caswell County forward.
Denise Hunter, MD, Medical Director
Dr. Denise Hunter is the Medical Director at CFMC. Dr. Hunter provides progressive leadership in medical staff governance to ensure a continued model of a person-centered healthcare environment at Caswell Family Medical Center.
She holds the Center’s standards, values, and objectives high and assists the CEO and Clinical Operations Manager in coordinating patient care according to policies and procedures.

Tricia Towler, RN, Clinical Operations Manager
Tricia provides administrative leadership, management, and clinic coordination to continuously improve quality and cultivate CFMC’s values. She oversees the day-to-day activities for the medical portion of the Center and delegates work tasks to ensure they are completed properly.
Tricia has been with CFMC since 2002 and is married with a son and a stepdaughter.
Angela Martin, HR Director
Currently the HR Director, Angela has been with CFMC since 1995. Her role includes provider and staff recruitment, policy development, onboarding and training, and benefits administration.
Angela is currently the Chair of the North Carolina Community Health Center Association Human Resources Workgroup. She resides in Danville, VA with her husband and 2 children.
Shannon Moretz, Healthcare Informatics Manager
As the healthcare informatics manager, Shannon works with the CEO to plan, organize, and lead activities related to the full-life cycle of all CFMC health information technology systems as well as CFMC’s Quality, Risk Management, HIPAA, and Compliance programs. She has been with CMFC since 2012.
A Caswell resident, Shannon is married with one son and two “bonus” daughters. She is a member of the 2017-2019 cohort of the William C Friday Fellowship for Human Relations.
Pamela (Pam) Collie, Chief Financial Officer
Pam has been an integral part of Caswell Family Medical Center since 1986. She puts her degree in Accounting to good use day in and day out and ensures CFMC’s financial performance. The Center holds a very special place in Pam’s heart because of the care she has seen over the years for individuals in Caswell County and she is proud of the Center and what it stands for.
Pam is married with 3 grown children, Robert, Lauren, and Zachary. She had all three children while working here at CFMC and considers the Center to be part of her family.
Lou Ann Reaves, Administrative Assistant
Lou Ann has been with CFMC since 1994 and is an integral part of our administration and overall operation of the organization. She provides professional administrative support of a highly complex and responsible nature.
Lou Ann is a lifelong resident of Caswell County and is married with 2 children, 2 grandchildren, and 1 dog.
Ryan Millner, Marketing and Outreach Coordinator
Ryan is responsible for telling CFMC’s story and connecting with the community. As a member of the team, Ryan leads the brand strategy by overseeing the marketing and communications aspect that includes digital, creative communication, internal communication, and public relations.
Ryan is representing Caswell County, NC as a 2017-2018 Fellow at Middle Border Forward, which values inclusive leadership and civic engagement by 2035. He is married with three children.
