The Front Office Manager will be a working manager who will participate in daily responsibilities at the front desk while managing other administrative staff. Duties will include patient registration/check out, taking payments, scheduling appointments, answering phones, coaching and evaluating employees, monitoring results of the department, and serving as a member of the Leadership Team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate they are a proven leader with excellent communication skills. Spanish speaking preferred but is not required. He/she will also exude compassion for others, commitment, integrity, and excellence in their daily work.
